Dr. Eid Mustafa has been in plastic surgery practice since 1982. He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine, Alexandria University, in Egypt. He completed General Surgery at Howard University in Washington, DC, earning the Resident of the Year Award. His Plastic Surgery training was completed in Rhode Island at Brown University Hospitals. Brown is an Ivy League school with the oldest Plastic Surgery program in New England.
Dr. Mustafa served as the President of the Wichita County Medical Society in 2000 and is a member of many regional and national organizations, including American Society for Plastic Surgeons, American College of Surgeons, and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is on the Board of Trustees of Physicians for Peace and is very active in international volunteer activities.
Dr. Eid Mustafa is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, passed the general surgery board, but did not recertify since he limits his practice to plastic surgery and has Added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Mustafa is dedicated to continuing education and believes that it is a major factor in looking out for patients' well-being. These certifications not only show that the surgeon is accepted and recognized by the plastic surgery community, but most importantly show that the surgeon is willing to go the extra mile to comply with ethical, safety, and educational standards.
Dr. Mustafa performs the cosmetic procedures at the Plastic Surgery Center. The PSC is a fully accredited surgical suite located within the office.
