Meet our Staff
Dr. Mustafa's excellent staff plays a crucial role in the success of our plastic surgery procedures. From welcoming you at the front desk to assisting Dr. Mustafa in surgery, our staff has the expertise to provide you with the utmost care while visiting our office. Doris, Kathy, Jamie & Story.
As the registered nurse I will assist with your care, planning surgery, post operative instructions and all your follow up care. I will answer any questions you may have about your procedure or surgery. Previously I was the nurse manager at the North Texas Surgi-Center and United Regional Healthcare System, but have been employed at the Plastic Surgery Center since March 2002.

I am the surgical technician who assists Dr. Mustafa in surgery. I am also the receptionist on days we are not in surgery and I look forward to meeting you. Before coming to work at the Plastic Surgery Center I assisted in surgery at the North Texas Surgi-Center.
- Jamie Perez
As the Licensed Vocational Nurse I will assist you with scheduling your surgery. I will take care of you preoperatively and postoperatively and assure all of your questions are answered. Before coming to work at the Plastic Surgery Center I was employed by the Clinics of North Texas for 29 years.
- Kathy Bush
As member of the office staff I will assist you with any of your insurance or financial matters. I have worked with Dr. Mustafa at the Plastic Surgery Center since 2010 & I look forward to meeting you and assisting you. Please do not hesitate to call me with any questions.
